we spent our first
christmas together here in boston in our itsy, bitsy apartment. sadly, our tree died about a week before christmas even got here, but we made the most of it and tried not to step on all the spiky needles on the floor. we missed our families a lot, but spent most of the day on the phone with them. it turned out to be not so lonesome as we thought it would have been. we had a great day together opening presents and playing with our new "toys". we were so spoiled by our wonderful family and friends who sent us such nice christmas packages. later that night we went to Seven Pounds and walked around looking at the lights in the city. contrary to all you utah folks' christmas, ours was sixty degrees and sunny! doesn't really feel like christmas when it's that warm does it?

I love the temple picture I have been looking for one for you but the temple pictures here are of the Logan Temple so glad you have one. It does look great on your cute brick wall.
